This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”).

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.


Cancelling/Rescheduling Policy: 
We confirm appointments so we can plan each day. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment. 24 hours before your appointment we will send you an email and/or text to confirm your appointment details. Our automated confirmation text messages can receive messages so if you need to reschedule let us know – we understand that sometimes things may pop up unexpectedly – some notice is better than no notice, so we kindly ask that you make every effort to let us know if you will be unable to make your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and estheticians, we require two hours notice if you must change or cancel your appointment. Our two way text system makes this so easy. Our no show policy is firm so please read.

This policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled; thus better serving everyone.


Things happen, we totally get it but if you no-show for a scheduled appointment you will be charged 50 percent of your services or if you have a package with us it will be redeemed. Please give us a courtesy call up to two hours prior to your scheduled appointment time and we will gladly get you rescheduled!



We understand you missed your appointment. We get it and it happens. In this case we will always do our best to accommodate whenever possible. We do have a 7 minute late policy to ensure the next client is able to get in at their original appointment time. As we do appreciate a call to let us know you are running late or have missed your appointment this does not guarantee we are able to still get you in when you arrive.
